Job description

Role / Job Title: Salesforce – Revenue Cloud Advanced and Billing Architect
Location: London, UK – Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Day Rate: £680 per day – Inside IR35
Contract Duration: 6 months

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Billing Architect with a strong background in CRM implementation and solution design. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds, with a deep understanding of CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and Billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end Lead-to-Cash architecture across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing).

  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the solution.

  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce best practices and design approaches.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other architects to align requirements and priorities.

  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements for process automation, configuration, and custom development.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

  • 12+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.

  • 5+ years as a Technical Architect for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.

  • Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud experience is essential.

  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Customisations, and Data/Metadata Migration.

  • Strong understanding of Product and Pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ approvals, data migration, Quote-to-Cash processes, approval flows, and Order and Billing processes.

  • 6–8 years’ experience designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading workshops with business and IT teams.

Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash experience.
