Contract Role - Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge a partnership with the Red Team Lead to refine and automate Red Team protocols.
- Execute operations following established guidelines, maximizing the use of low-level programming skills in languages such as C or assembly.
- Innovate and develop low-level exploits and implants, tailoring them to bespoke organizational requirements.
- Spearhead the automation of the Red Team processes to the greatest extent feasible.
- Meticulously document and report on after-action insights.
- Contribute to Tabletop Exercise planning and execution.
- Engage in daily operation synchronization, ensuring streamlined team efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Red Team operations.
- Development experience with a proficiency in low-level languages.
- Demonstrable understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to drive consensus within a small, specialized team.
- Stellar communication abilities, interfacing effectively from executives to technical staff.
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, GPEN).
- Proven experience with Tabletop Exercise planning and execution.
