Job Title: React/SFCC Developer (Remote Contract)
Location: Remote US
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Management, UX, and Development teams to code and deliver complex SFCC web and app projects.
- Build solid HTML/CSS, cross-browser, cross-device compatible pages.
- Troubleshoot bugs within a complex, global codebase.
- Maintain existing code and assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years as a web developer, with 4-5+ years of experience in SFCC/Demandware.
- Strong knowledge of SFCC/Demandware API and development patterns.
- Proficiency in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React and jQuery), cross-browser compatibility, and W3C standards.
- Experience with code repository systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with responsive design and wireframing tools.
- Understanding of mobile and web-based design constraints.
- Ability to make quick decisions while working against competing milestones.
