Role Overview:

As a Quantitative Developer within our client's esteemed Fundamental Equities division, you'll play a vital role in the ongoing innovation at the intersection of fundamental investment strategies and quantitative methodologies. Collaborating closely with dynamic teams, you'll be instrumental in building and refining the tools and platforms that drive equity research efforts forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Quantitative Researchers to gain deep insights into workflows and business challenges.
  • Translate insights into scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams and enhance investment processes.
  • Develop robust products and frameworks to provide actionable insights into investment strategies and performance.
  • Champion adoption through education, documentation, and seamless implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics).
  • 6+ years of software development experience with a strong proficiency in Python.
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into user-friendly solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for developing intuitive visualizations of complex data.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in solving quantitative finance problems.
