Quality, Environmental & Continuity Analyst
Location: London, UK
Stott and May have partnered up with a leader in global travel and event management, renowned for exceptional service and innovative, client-focused technology.
We are seeking a highly Quality, Environmental & Continuity Analyst to join our expanding client in their GRC function. Reporting to the Quality, Environmental & Continuity Manager, you will play a critical role in the strategic growth.
What You’ll Do:
  • Quality, Business Continuity, Environmental Management & CSR: Maintain the ISO-certified Integrated Management System in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Audits: Contribute to internal and external audits, educate stakeholders, and ensure certification requirements are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate products, services, and processes to meet ISO 9001 standards and customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with departments to update manuals and create quality improvement plans.
  • Business Continuity: Develop and maintain plans to ensure operations continue during disruptions, in compliance with ISO 22301.
  • Environmental Impact: Assess and report on the organization's ecological footprint, and implement sustainable practices in compliance with ISO 14001.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Work with HR to promote initiatives like diversity, inclusion, community engagement, and ethical practices.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyse data related to quality, continuity, environmental, and social governance, generating reports to inform decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and maintaining policies related to governance areas.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver programs to educate employees on the importance of these governance areas and their roles in compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in quality, environmental, and business continuity management.
  • Professional certifications in GRC, Quality, Environmental Management, or Business Continuity are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to quality, continuity, environmental, and social governance.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive positive change.
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
