Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Product, Delivery and Engineering teams
- Being hands on when needed to support the delivery of features and bug fixes
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, build, maintain and enhance the product using an agile development methodology
- Mentor team members when required
- Liaise with stakeholders to define features prioritisation
Requirements
- Product Management experience
- Wealth of experience work with file formats/systems such as: ISO 20022, XML, CSV and EDI
- Strong knowledge of Banking Payments, Payment Methods and Formats
- Creative individual who wants to share their ideas and put their own stamp on things
- Experience working with Lean Agile methodology
- Hands on – strong technical skills
- Customer facing experience – good communication and organisational skills
