Platform Product Owner - Digital platforms/ change/ hybrid working
Salary up to £43 500

A Platform Product Owner is required by a leading, global organisation in Oxfordshire, where you will be responsible for ensuring this client's digital platforms deliver a great customer experience through the delivery of software development changes and monitoring performance against agreed non-functional requirements. As the Platform Product Owner you will be responsible for partnering with the business to identify and manage continuous improvement requests. You will also be involved with

change management requests and defining and implementing non-functional requirements of this client's platforms.

Along with good general experience of managing digital platforms and understanding of the lifecycle of platforms, the Platform Product Manager will also have the following:

- A basic understanding of technology - not the "nuts and bolts", but rather a higher level of understanding of technology and how it's structured.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to set and manage people's expectations as to what can/ can not be achieved and the reasoning behind that. A strong communicator.
- A go-getting attitude, with a demonstrable real, interest and passion for what you are doing. Good initiative is key.
- The ability to analyze and write requirements would be an advantage.
