Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance.
- Perform initial triage and first?line troubleshooting of incidents.
- Escalate issues appropriately after initial diagnosis.
- Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, coordinating incident response.
- Contribute to automation improvements, tooling enhancements, and SRE initiatives.
- Support staging and pre?production activities aimed at improving production stability.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine processes and reduce manual intervention.
Required Experience
- Prior experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar operations environment.
- Strong understanding of monitoring tools, incident workflows, and operational best practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast?paced, 24/7 environment with shared responsibility across shifts.
