nCino Configuration Specialist (Contract)
We are hiring an nCino Configuration Specialist for one of our consulting clients.
This is a remote contract from 5/5-8/31 (40 hours/week) then from 9/1-12/7 (20 hours / week) paid at an hourly rate of $60-65/h w2 or $65-80/h LLC/C2C
Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Review, update and implement user stories
- Understand client design and solution, configure solution components articulated in user stories and support testing and data mapping needs
- Implement user stories for functional and configuration requirements related to Salesforce and nCino frameworks
- Support team with testing execution against user stories and test plans against all phases of an engagement, including test scenario execution, testing results documentation and defect resolution
- Document and implement configuration updates to support data-mapping requirements
- Actively participate in full testing life cycle, including unit testing, functional testing, SIT and UAT through deployment and migration processes
- Prepare user stories for client-facing demos and participate in demos, documenting feedback
- Support training documentation development as required
- Maintain documentation as required
Experience needed:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, nCino certifications
- Experience configuring and solutioning on nCino with exposure to end-to-end project implementation life cycles
- Ability to perform unit testing
- Ability to perform data mapping
- Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet client business needs and perform system configuration
- nCino platform knowledge – Familiarity with nCino functionality (especially Lending or Deposit Ops)
- Salesforce Admin experience with Custom objects & fields, Record types & page layouts, Validation rules, Process Builder / Flows, Permission sets & profiles
- Configuration experience – Comfort with setting up user interfaces, automations, and data models via clicks, not code
- Understanding of banking operations – Knowing workflows, compliance needs, and terminology in commercial/retail banking.
