Role Overview:
As an SQL Server DBA, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server environments (SQL2014+)
- Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery through Windows Clustering and Availability Groups
- Conducting performance tuning and capacity planning
- Automating processes via SQL Server Agent and PowerShell scripting
- Collaborating with developers to architect DB solutions
- Extensive experience as an MS SQL Server DBA
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server High Availability technologies
- Proficiency in Windows Clustering and Availability Groups
- Expertise in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and database upgrades
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting and SQL Server patch management
