Initial 6-month Contract

Are you passionate about leveraging the power of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to revolutionize workplace productivity? My client in West London are seeking an accomplished Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Technical Lead for a 6-month contract to help drive their office's digital transformation. This pivotal role involves leadership, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 suite products, particularly focusing on SharePoint, to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a specific emphasis on SharePoint, to facilitate seamless collaboration and content management
- Co-own the organizational M365 roadmap and governance structure in alignment with policies, ensuring strategic and effective management.
- Strategically lead the development and implementation of SharePoint initiatives, fostering innovation and maximizing the platform's capabilities.
- Proactively manage roadmap changes, assessing risks, and mitigating impacts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs to optimize the utilization of Microsoft 365 suite, particularly focusing on SharePoint's efficiency.
- Act as a primary liaison with suppliers related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Along with extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint, showcasing strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, the Technical lead will also have the following:

- Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders of all levels and articulate SharePoint solutions effectively.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a customer-centric approach, fostering innovation and continuous learning within the SharePoint environment.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in working with Microsoft products, with a significant focus on SharePoint.

Interview Process:
Interviews are scheduled to take place as early as next week and will consist of a 2-stage interview.
