MES Recipe Architect – Full Time – Remote/Travel (East Coast)

My client who is a Global Leader within the Industrial Automation space is currently looking to on board an MES Recipe Architect, for what will be a Full Time role.
For this role, individuals are able to work remotely with client travel at approximately 15-20%. The bulk of client sites are located along the East Coast and thus there is a preference for individuals already based in EST/CST, however they are open to considering individuals who are based U.S. wide.
The Role:
- Build partnerships at a recipe/functional requirement level with client counterparts
- Lead workshops to analyze the client’s requirements and design the appropriate master recipe templates that aligns to client needs
- Analyzing batch records and SOPs
- Creation of recipe prototypes
- Demonstration of system functionality and recipe design
- Lead recipe prototyping
- Directly author/configuration for master batch records and master batch record templates
- Become conversant with client-specific application customizations based on project assignments
- Define and analyze recipe requirements through client interviews and develop detailed designs that meet the requirements
- Collaborating with clients for coordination, change management, and application knowledge of recipes
- Directing creation, testing, validation of master recipes and collaboration with other builders/testers, update MBRs & templates using standard quality requirements
- Plan and perform testing, including documenting test conditions, expected results, and test validation
The Candidate:
- 8+ years (approx.) of professional experience producing technical/functional work product
- Exposure and experience working in life science manufacturing
- Significant MES experience
- Ideally a background in implementing or software engineering for MES systems (ex.- weigh and dispense, EBR, integration), preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical production environment.
- Knowledge of S88/S95 models (a design philosophy for describing equipment and procedures)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A high level of comfort working with advanced computer applications (MES applications)
Salary – $130k-$155k Per Annum + Bonus (8%) + Benefits
