**Freelance Project Delivery Consultant**

- **Project Management:** Keep projects on track with thorough and consistent communication regarding status, next steps, and potential blockers.
- **Best Practices:** Leverage project management tools to allocate resources effectively, ensuring projects remain organised and within budget.
- **Documentation:** Create and share documentation throughout each project's duration.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in revenue marketing and sales operations.
- **Team Collaboration:** Actively participate in bi-weekly practice meetings and contribute to the practice culture.
- **Outcome Identification:** Consistently identify and surface outcomes throughout the engagement.
**Required Experience:**
- **Marketo Expertise:** 6+ years of strategic and tactical experience with Marketo, including a deep understanding of its use in marketing teams. Marketo certification is highly preferred.
- **Marketing Operations:** 2+ years in marketing operations and/or revenue operations roles, either in-house or within an agency.
- **Process Improvement:** Proven experience in creating marketing, sales, and/or revenue process improvements that align people, processes, and technology to increase ROI.
- **Foundational Knowledge:** Solid understanding of marketing/sales operations technologies, strategies, and best practices.
