Currently looking to hire a Junior Litigator with an insurance focus, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ senior attorneys in insurance-related litigation, claims management, and dispute resolution. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your litigation skills while working alongside experienced professionals in the field of insurance law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing insurance-related cases, including preparing and filing legal documents, conducting research, and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with senior litigators in the preparation and execution of litigation strategies.
  • Participate in discovery, including depositions, document reviews, and interrogatories.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant insurance regulations, case law, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
  • Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, as required.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance litigation or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client service.
