- Assist in managing insurance-related cases, including preparing and filing legal documents, conducting research, and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with senior litigators in the preparation and execution of litigation strategies.
- Participate in discovery, including depositions, document reviews, and interrogatories.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant insurance regulations, case law, and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, as required.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance litigation or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client service.
