Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to provide data-driven support for current and clearance inventory.

  • Oversee the entire catalogue, identifying areas for additional purchasing and strategic repricing based on data analytics.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for different product categories, including currency and branded products.

  • Manage inventory levels and assortment, balancing classic and current season shirts while considering the short lifespan of new season stock.

  • Forecast demand and plan inventory to optimize turnover and minimize excess stock, collaborating closely with operations and purchasing teams.

  • Structure and produce comprehensive inventory reports, emphasizing design-led insights to drive decision-making.

  • Work collaboratively with merchandisers, buyers, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management and warehouse capacity utilization.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the market.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, preferably within the sports retail or ecommerce sector.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Experience working with inventory management systems and ERP software.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to drive results and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for football and familiarity is a plus.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
