One of our Retail Clients has recently kicked off a search for their first-ever Head of US Retail Operations to spearhead their company's expansion into the US market. The company in reference is a young, yet established, retailer that has been operating within the UK for over a decade and they're in rapid growth mode after receiving an impressive amount of funding from a prestigious VC.
Our client specializes in Sports Memorabilia and is looking for a Head of US Retail Operations to help craft experience-led Brick & Mortar storefronts in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami as well as, in time, roughly 5-10 additional locations across North America.
This role requires candidates to have experience launching new Brick & Mortar storefronts.
Additional Role Requirements-
- 5-8+ years of experience working within retail environments
- 3+ years of experience within a Regional Manager, or above, seat
- 5+ years of experience crafting unique, experience-driven, storefront environments
- Extensive experience establishing revenue metrics/goals
- Strong background spearheading Pop Up Shops
- Experience overseeing third-party vendor relationships
- Marketing Background within Retail environments preferred
- Robust exposure to overseeing the architecting, floor design, and selection process for new storefronts
This is a Full-Time position, based in either New York or Los Angeles, with a competitive base salary of $150-200k, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc), as well as a generous PTO package of 20-30 days.
