About the Role
Join the team in New York as a GTM Strategy Manager and work alongside highly motivated individuals from major tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta) and MBB consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) to change how professionals complete their most complex work.
The Go-to-Market team has, in less than 12 months, entered over 15 markets and helped 200+ enterprise organizations across industries transform their workflows with AI.
This role is ideal for high-performing professionals from major tech companies or MBB consulting firms who want to drive the AI transformation of enterprise knowledge work.
What You'll Be Doing
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure the platform aligns with client needs and continues to develop at the highest pace
Strategic Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers and stakeholders, addressing their strategic challenges with tailored AI solutions
Product Evangelism: Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and adoption across enterprise organizations
GTM Strategy Development: Contribute to the refinement of account acquisition and management strategies, documenting best practices to scale effectively across new markets and segments
Market Expansion: As the company continues to expand to new segments and markets, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the GTM motion and identify how AI can solve complex enterprise challenges
The scope covers clearly identified industries and geographies where there's strong existing product-market fit, as well as focusing on new market expansion, strategic sales, and setting the pace for rapid scaling.
Required Qualifications
Background: 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, Go-to-Market strategies, or comparable role at a Major enterprise tech company, law, or consulting firm.
Legal Expertise: Ideally you will have a track-record of previously working as an attorney, within a law firm, or selling to law firms & legal stakeholders
Adaptability: Show perseverance and ability to adapt and overcome challenges while staying aligned with strategic goals
Growth Mindset: Exhibit genuine openness to feedback, valuing insights from others, and recognizing the importance of continuous improvement
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a founder-like mindset, tackling obstacles with initiative and creating scalable systems for growth
