FinTech Service Delivery Manager

My client leading the way in AI seeks a Service Delivery Manager to join their Cloud Services team. The SDM will be responsible for managing the transition into live operation of new hosted services, acting as the link between delivery and support teams. You will also be responsible for the delivery of managed service contracts to meet client Service agreements, acting as the client’s single point of contact for the service delivery and managing internal resources. Responsible for producing service reports, managing incidents, problems and change in the service, you will handle customer escalations and build relationships with key stakeholders. You must have previous experience on Delivering a Service within SAAS – ideally on Azure.
Hybrid - 2-3 Days onsite in London.
