Finance Domain Architect

Skills: Technology and Data Architecture within Finance Function (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury), SAP S4 HANA (or ECC)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop future state architecture for the Corporate domain, covering Finance, HR, Procurement, Security, Facilities, and Point of Sale.
  • Deliver solution architecture designs for projects.
  • Serve as the IT knowledge expert for the domain.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture and Innovation Lead, Business, and IT Delivery teams to maintain a clear IT landscape view.
  • Identify and articulate the need for change driven by business or technology obsolescence.

Requirements:
  • Experience in technology and data architecture within Finance and at least two other functional areas (HR, Procurement, Facilities, Security, Point of Sale) in a B2C business.
  • Background in domain or solution architecture with a strong understanding of IT Architecture team requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC or S4HANA
  • Finance - Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury
  • Ability to drive solution architecture that aligns with business outcomes and long-term IT strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Recognized thought leader with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Maintain high-level architecture documentation and identify architectural debt and risks.
  • Deliver solution architecture for new projects and ensure solutions align with documented designs.
  • Stay updated on IT best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards and ensure alignment between domains.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and adhere to architecture team processes and standards.
