Job description
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the best products in the world. You will work across multiple programs where you will need to ensure efficient usage of resources within the given time constraints.
You should be technically competent and capable of directing multi-disciplined teams to develop complex products. Familiar with FPGA, C++, and VHDL, and should have experience in delivering software/hardware engineering projects.
Your responsibilities will include delivering engineering projects, integrating multi-disciplined engineering teams, and leading engineering resources to deliver new and complex upgrades, utilizing new and existing technologies.
You will also be responsible for meeting customer and contractual obligations for cost, quality, timeliness, and specification, and addressing engineering conflicts between disciplines, systems, and capabilities.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work please be aware that this role requires full-time onsite working in secure environments.You should also be eligible for UK Security Clearance without any restrictions, and be a UK national with permanent residency for the past 5 years.
