Your mission:
The development of the business division for climate-intelligent buildings:
- You will play a key role in the conception and development of the CO2 reductions in multi-family homes and develop new concepts on your own.
- You are the first point of contact for our housing industry customers and provide active advice on the planning and implementation of CO2 reduction measures in the form of in the form of energy consulting / ESG schedules.
- In your function as an energy consultant, you will create renovation/ESG schedules for climate-neutral properties and combine them with innovative energy supply concepts, including advice on subsidies (KfW, BAFA).
- As part of the energy supply concepts, you integrate PV systems, heat pumps and charging infrastructure and prepare feasibility studies.
- You will support the preparation of consumption-based energy certificates for residential and non-residential buildings in accordance with legal requirements.
- You will coordinate the handling of initial projects internally and with cooperation partners and will be responsible for the projects and manage the overall process.
You know your customers, solve their problems, and live and breathe the Customer Centricity
of the organization.
- You have experience in setting up new products. Degree in energy, building or environmental engineering, Construction Engineering, Utilities Engineering or similar.
- You have the professional qualification as a technician or energy consultant (ideally you are a certified BAFA energy consultant and registered in the EEE list).
- You are allowed to issue energy passes and perform an energetic evaluation of real estate. Ideally, you already have knowledge of photovoltaics, e-mobility and heat pumps.
- You have a structured, binding, service- and customer-oriented as well as goal- and result-oriented approach.
- You have great communication and organizational skills and demonstrate team spirit.
- You are interested in technological and methodological innovations in the energy and housing industry.
- You are confident in speaking both German and English at C1 Level
- You are willing to travel if required.
