Role: Ecommerce Business Analyst
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: up to £55K basic per annum
Office Location: Central London
Hybrid Model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote working
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and success in the digital space.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce analytics.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights and guide the development of product backlogs, to ensure alignment with client objectives and priorities.
Skills and Experience:
- Background in a Digital Agency environment is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex insights and recommendations.
- Technical understanding of ecommerce platforms (coding knowledge not required).
- Passion for ecommerce and a drive to stay updated with industry advancements.
- Knowledge of Magento 2 or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
