Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Task Execution: Handle daily tasks, including requests, tasks, and automation rules.
- Environment Management: Oversee the management of the four different environments within FOD.
- Role Assignment: Provide support in assigning and explaining roles within the various environments.
- Standard Process Explanation: Explain standard processes to the team.
- CMDB Support: Offer support for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Guidance on 4me Industrialization Project: Provide guidance and expertise for the 4me Industrialization project.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Service Owners to ensure seamless operations.
- Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Automation: Explore and implement automation solutions for optimized workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Drupal engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tooling and functional application management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French/Dutch is preferred.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for non-EU nationals.
