Digital Marketing Manager - Shopify Plus
My client is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of their marketing efforts to drive profitable growth and elevate brand image. They're looking for a strategic thinker, compassionate leader, and data driven marketer who's top priority are customers and their experiences with their products.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Calendar: Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, including product launches, promo periods, etc.
Full Funnel Marketing Oversight:
- Paid Ads: Collaborate with media buyers to optimize performance on Meta and Google, and work with the content team to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Landing Pages: Continuously create and test landing pages to enhance onsite experience and customer conversion rates.
- Website / CRO: Implement website changes and manage conversion rate optimization tests to improve overall website experience.
- Email & SMS:Ensure email campaigns and SMS communications reach customers, consistently striving for performance enhancements.
- Social Media: Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent posting across all social channels.
- Budget and P&L: Manage the e-commerce and digital marketing budget, develop forecasts, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of e-commerce and omnichannel growth marketing experience
- Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (specifically: Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Postscript, Amazon, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
- A proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive messages across multiple platforms.
