Function Description: The Digital Business Analyst plays a crucial role in identifying and collecting business needs, analyzing and defining the business model using conceptual modeling techniques. Acting as the interface between delivery and business teams, the Digital Business Analyst bridges the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, ensuring effective risk, quality, and issue management.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
- Act as the liaison between all stakeholders, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Support the testing phase, manage change, and lead issue resolution during the warranty period.
- Contribute to the search and delivery of effective digital solutions for complex business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the channel manager, product management, and process teams to align with overall strategy and objectives.
- Lead specific studies related to channels, including documentation preparation for the Investment Committee, mock-up creation, and definition of MVP (minimum viable product).
- Identify the impact of business specifications and system changes on existing processes, liaising with Process/Change managers.
- Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT departments in an agile and user-centric environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Engineering, Business partners, Operations, and various IT departments.

Education: Master’s degree
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Technical experience is mandatory, including the ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, understanding of IT and testing, workflow processes, and digital transformation projects.
- Experience in digital product development and building, digital marketing, front-end technologies, infrastructure, rapid prototyping tools, project management tools, and delivery frameworks/methodologies.
- Experience in Data Analytics is preferable.
Business Experience:
- Ability to lead meetings and facilitate workshops.
- Extensive experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client-facing environment is mandatory.
