Job Title: Digital Analyst (Power BI Reporting)
Location: Southampton, hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months +


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Analyst with expertise in Power BI reporting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital data, creating insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to drive ROI for adverts and marketing.


Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret digital data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, social media, CRM systems).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and Power BI.


Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Power BI reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Certification in Power BI or related analytics tools.
