Senior DevOps Engineer

We have partnered with one of the most exciting blockchain start-ups in the market who are recruiting a Senior DevOps who to join their team. You'll be joining a first of it's kind, blockchain enabled sports betting platform who are revolutionising the way the users bet on live-sport.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you would be responsible for setting up and managing their infrastructure to support the high scaling and availability requirements. You would be setting up the CI/CD infra for deployments, automating the whole build and deployment process. You would be responsible for managing the monitoring and logging infrastructure and fixing the existing gaps.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you would be responsible for setting up and managing their infrastructure to support the high scaling and availability requirements. Key Skills:
- Extensive DevOps Engineering background
- Experience with deploying and managing micro-service-based architectures.
- Experience in setting up and managing infrastructure using AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, Deployment patterns (Having Zero downtime), and relevant toolsets.
- Experience managing logging and monitoring infrastructure.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Experience with systems supporting multiple geographies.
- Tech stack: AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo.
- Passion for driving continual improvement initiatives on infrastructure, deployments, and overall DevOps practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents.
- Experience cross-collaborating with multiple teams to drive impact.
- Ability to decompose complex problems into clean, extensible, performant services and systems.
- Experience with cloud security best practices.
- Experience mentoring or leading a team.
- Having worked in a high-performing startup environment is an advantage.
