Job Description:
As a Desktop Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees/clients, resolving desktop-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems. You will also be involved in desktop deployments, software installations, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Assist with desktop hardware and software upgrades.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with other IT infrastructure components.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all desktop-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and Intune MDM
- Experience of providing desktop support for MS Office 365, Anti-Virus, Mimecast and Adobe Suite
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
