Change Consultant – M365
Hybrid working – Berkshire based
Permanent, Full time
Salary – Up to £70k per annum

A Change Consultant is required by a growing organisation in Berkshire where you will be required to deliver organisational business change focusing on key areas such as communications, engagement, training and user adoption.

Responsibilities
 

  • Scope, plan, deliver and assess large scale organisational change
  • Manage challenging internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and train other team members when needed
  • Liaise with existing and new clients to seek business growth opportunities
  • Plan projects thoroughly and maintain project discipline


Experience/Requirements

  • Change Consultant/Manager experience 
  • M365 migration experience (essential)
  • SC clearable or SC cleared
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
