We are seeking a creative and culturally savvy marketer to be the US Business Marketing Lead reporting to Head of TikTok Shop Integrated Marketing. This role will be a key leader within the TikTok Shops business unit and part of the marketing leadership team. They will lead and establish the strategic B2B regional plans and executional approach, ways of working and the development of marketing communication programs that inspire and engage merchants.
The ideal candidate has direct retail or commerce industry experience, deep knowledge of the NA region, and clarity on where commerce is headed. They are driven by data and have proven experience in managing a team, successfully partnering with XFNs, developing and seamlessly executing event marketing strategies, managing budgets and the ability to scale learnings and impact.
Lead the strategic development and implementation of B2B marketing plans that amplify TikTok's value proposition in the Commerce space.
Lead strategy building and executional approach for the B2B Marketing team - Seamlessly partner with US e-Commerce Operation and cross functional partner teams to understand the business at a deep level and use that understanding to inform and elevate Marketing campaigns and ROI
Lead accountability of the US B2B budget, ensuring team/scope efficiency. - Partner with global and regional B2B marketing leads and teams, B2C marketing teams, and PR teams, as a thought leader, and collaborator constantly identifying opportunities that advance the business.
Develop and provide regular regional marketing learnings and updates that speak to measurable business results tied to the global vision; adapt and pivot as needed based on data-driven learnings.
10+ years of marketing experience; knowledge of building and implementing annual strategies and planning marketing budgets.
B2B and B2C experience across categories - Experience developing large awareness building campaigns; performance marketing expertise a big plus
Strong team & people management, across multiple locations
A coach and player, with a strong roll-your-sleeves up mentality
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of how to collaborate within a fast paced environment, driving alignment within large cross-functional and multi-market teams.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to speak externally if needed
Proven experience in conversing/building relationships with high-level executives internally and externally on a regular basis.
Self-starter with a track record of working effectively with sales and cross functional teams.
Experience in building, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels.

Job Information and Benefits
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $232560 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
