Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful eCommerce project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress for stakeholders.
- Allocate resources, identify critical success factors, and manage dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Proactively resolve roadblocks and manage risks.
- Maintain detailed records, promptly closing issues and decisions.
- Balance business needs, risks, resources, and platform limitations.
- Facilitate efficient cross-department communications and collaboration.
- Organize and lead productive meetings and workshops.
- Collaboration with Solutions leads for requirements gathering and testing strategies.
- Track project performance and support future enhancements.
- Strong project management expertise with eCommerce background
- 3-5+ years of Project Management and eCommerce experience
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce, Hybris, Cybersource, Vertex, Adyen)
- Proficient in backend integration and end-to-end eCommerce processes
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project & Office applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in leading projects and consumer platform testing
