Associate Digital Project Manager, SFCC

My client is seeking an Associate Digital SFCC PM to join their esteemed organization and be part of our Global Digital Center of Excellence. In this role, you will spearhead digital initiatives ensuring the seamless execution of projects on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing a diverse delivery team, working closely with front-end and back-end solutions teams, and collaborating on business requirements and testing. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide a captivating, integrated, and innovative shopping experience for our global consumers across various digital commerce brands and markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful eCommerce project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress for stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources, identify critical success factors, and manage dependencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Proactively resolve roadblocks and manage risks.
  • Maintain detailed records, promptly closing issues and decisions.
  • Balance business needs, risks, resources, and platform limitations.
  • Facilitate efficient cross-department communications and collaboration.
  • Organize and lead productive meetings and workshops.
  • Collaboration with Solutions leads for requirements gathering and testing strategies.
  • Track project performance and support future enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Strong project management expertise with eCommerce background
  • 3-5+ years of Project Management and eCommerce experience
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce, Hybris, Cybersource, Vertex, Adyen)
  • Proficient in backend integration and end-to-end eCommerce processes
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project & Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in leading projects and consumer platform testing
