Job description
We are looking for an experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Wisdom for a contract position. The key focus will be deployment and optimization of Epic applications, involving module upgrades, new components, and workflow modifications. The successful candidate will handle both initial setup and ongoing adjustments to enhance system efficacy and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Epic Wisdom Implementation:
- Lead the complete implementation process, ensuring the system aligns with organizational objectives and best practices.
- Engage with clinical staff, IT, and business analysts to tailor the system to organizational needs, especially within dental practice workflows.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Adapt and refine Epic Wisdom modules to meet specific operational demands.
- Enhance system functionality and user interface based on feedback and identified needs.
- Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to facilitate smooth transition to the Epic Wisdom system.
- Offer continuous support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure system stability.
- System Integration and Updates:
- Work alongside IT specialists to integrate Epic Wisdom with existing infrastructure and coordinate system upgrades.
- Continuously assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in application analysis, specifically with Epic Wisdom.
- Preferred: Epic Wisdom Certification.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare IT systems is advantageous.
