Key Responsibilities:

- Web-Personalisation: Implement and manage Experience Targeting (XT), A/B tests, multivariate tests, and auto-targeting using Adobe Target.
- Data Integration: Seamlessly integrate first-party data from sources such as AAM, AEP, and CRM, managing both client- and server-side data flows and consent.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with front-end and back-end teams to ensure accurate parameter passing and audience identification.
- Data Flow Management: Understand and manage data flow across the web ecosystem, including client and server-side setups, clickstream web analytics using Adobe Analytics, and OneTrust.
- Consent Management: Handle first-party cookies and other consent elements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with onshore solution architects, requiring fluency in communication and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

- Adobe Target Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Target for web-personalisation use-cases.
