Workday Senior Test Lead

• Lead the project - from scoping, planning, through to execution and support, and closure of the project in Testing.
• Perform risk assessments and produce test documentation (e.g., Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts).
• Execute test scripts accurately for projects, changes, and releases.
• Create and maintain test data for Workday HCM, FINS, PSA, and integrations.
• Ensure minimal risk to BAU and project deliverables through effective testing.
• Report and communicate plans, progress, and issues promptly.
• Resolve issues proactively with support teams.
• Collaborate with third-party teams to ensure timely and correct testing.
• Set up Jira/Zephyr for project and BAU testing activities.
• Execute and maintain automated scripts.
• Act as a reference for Business UAT.
• Support business users in executing test scripts.
• Escalate risks to the Test Lead.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes.

Skills Required:

• Experience of Workday Finance functional areas (Financial Accounting, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Banking, Financial Reporting etc), including integration within the full lifecycle.
• Experience of data validation across Workday modules.
• Ability to report status and highlight risks clearly.
• Knowledge of test management tools.
• Strong technical understanding of SAAS ERP platforms.
• Experience working with outsourced teams.
