Stott and May are looking for a Windows 11 SME, with good hands-on migration / troubleshooting experience.
Contract Role / Freelance
INSIDE IR35
6 Months (extensions likely)
100% on site in Swindon (5 days p/week)
Successful candidates will carryout Windows 11 Deployments at Portman House. They will also be responsible for logging and reviewing incidents, supporting users on Windows 11, and participating in Incident triage sessions.
The focus is to provide swift and professional technical support for desktop problems and on-demand technical support requirements.
The engineer will also provide feedback to improve the Service Desk and create and review KBAs to share knowledge between the project and BAU.
Responsibilities:
- Windows 11 deployments
- Logging / Reviewing incidents such as: route cause analysis + providing feedback to improve the service desk and create / reviewing KBAs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Windows 10/11 & intune, autopilot
- Good experience working on Windows 11 & azure Intune, good knowledge of cloud tech.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 migration & troubleshooting & various tools SCCM, Intune, Application testing.
- Expertise in application packaging and troubleshooting.
