Threat Risk Investigator

A very successful Cyber Intelligence and Security company is looking for a Threat Risk Investigator to join their global growing team. The opportunity presented is remote from the UK.

Job responsibility:
- Prepare and deliver reports, using metrics and data visualizations
- Coordinate with customers to determine where to focus investigations
- identify current or potential threat-related events, behaviours and patterns
- maintain privacy, confidentiality, and objectivity for all interactions with the customer and their data.
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers, for both troubleshooting and usage of the platform
- coordinate with Tier 3 to manage resources for existing customers deployments.
- coordinate with the engineering department to provide feedback on customer impressions.

Skills:
- statistical analysis tools
- ability to communicate with management and C level
- problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems
- administration, troubleshooting and scripting in Linux and Windows environments
- experience in business intelligence, operations, or analytics.
