Technical Project Manager (Shopify) - Fully Remote (USA) - Contract
Are you a technically savvy Project Manager with a solid background in Shopify and custom app development? Are you adept at being the linchpin between development and design teams ensuring smooth project execution and delightful user experiences? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of custom Shopify apps and integrations ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between our technical development teams and design teams, ensuring a seamless translation of requirements into actionable tasks.
- Utilize your technical expertise to assist in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ensure adherence to the highest quality customer service standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, offering insights and solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor, analyze and report on project performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the e-commerce domain, specifically with Shopify projects.
- Extensive experience with custom app development, and a deep understanding of the Shopify platform.
- Proficient in bridging the gap between technical development and design teams, with a knack for fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and its application in e-commerce project management.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
