Technical Project Manager (O365 Migration) – Contract 6+ Months – Remote/Overland Park, KS

My client, who is now part of a Leading Multinational Energy company after a recent acquisition, is currently looking to on board an experienced Technical Project Manager to assist them through an infrastructure migration into their new parent company’s environment.
This role is a largely remote position, however there will be instances where coming on site is required (location of physical infrastructure, laptops required for migration etc.). My client’s offices are located in the Overland Park, KS area. Those based locally or within a commutable distance will be viewed as a first preference. Expenses to be considered for those looking to travel in.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Contract Rates – $50-$70 Per Hour All Inclusive (Corp to Corp)

- The ideal candidate will be an experienced technical resource who has handled infrastructure migrations (ideally as a result of past company acquisitions) at the project management level
- Strong documented project management skills with a technical background
- Sought after skill set includes experience within:
- O365 Migrations – SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory
- JIRA
- Knowledge or understanding of PowerShell/Scripting languages
- Any experience or understanding of VPNs would be great to have
- A self starter who can take initiative
