Who You Are:

  • Passionate about closing sales deals by creating compelling value propositions for senior, non-technical leaders.
  • Possessing over 5 years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering role within the B2B SaaS space, ideally catering to enterprise accounts.
  • Equipped with a solid understanding of enterprise integration, API/SDK architecture, and the unique benefits of mobile applications.
  • Insightful about the challenges B2C & B2B marketers face, ready with strategies to address them.
  • Organized, adept at managing multiple customer engagements, and capable of quickly switching contexts to meet competing demands.
  • Technically proficient, with experience in mobile & web platforms, SaaS and ESP architecture.
  • Experienced in running high-conversion Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, project management, or technical pre-sales in digital marketing solutions is a plus.

Your Role:

  • Qualify customer goals and showcase how our platform delivers value.
  • Employ 'needs-based selling' to articulate and communicate solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor sales strategies for global companies.
  • Lead demonstrations, PoC presentations, RFP responses, and business justifications.
  • Manage customer PoCs to ensure success through effective planning and execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product development and sales strategies.
  • Advocate new product features to customers and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Enhance Sales Engineering processes and stay abreast of MarTech industry trends.
