Role: Senior Solution Architect (Salesforce Service Cloud)
Location: London
Hybrid: 8 days in office a month
Industry: FMCG
Salary: Up to £100,000 (+ bonuses of up to 13% in addition to £8k in car allowances)



My client is going through a major digital transformation across the FMCG industry. With over $20 billion in revenue each year, they are growing the team significantly and as part of this, are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join the business, working in a start-up like environment.

In this role, you will help with the build and roll-out of a new digital platform globally, providing customers with a unique end to end journey. As a result, experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud is vital.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a capabilities roadmap by deconstructing the current platforms into defined, reusable capabilities that can be built & maintained.
  • Help define standards and direction in the business/technical domain, ensuring the right IT investments are made and elaborate the domain architectures into identifiable components.
  • Drive opportunities to improve architecture domain and ensure domain architecture is in line with Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Advise international stakeholders to support and improve the usage of solution functionalities.
  • Support Technical Architects to develop detailed and complete functional specifications for uses cases
  • Work with securities teams to define and improve the DevSecOps framework within your domain

Requirements:
  • Strong experience across architecture, specifically in transformation
  • Working experience of Salesforce Service Cloud as well as Salesforce integrations
  • Interaction with Genesys, Amazon Connect or Twillio is beneficial
  • Experience across Architecture methodologies and frameworks
  • Ideally designed solutions across SaaS applications, self-engineered applications and/or AWS applications
  • Technical minded – previous software engineering experience is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in internationally involved projects is highly beneficial due to the global presence of this company
