Lead OT Consultant
Site Lead OT Consultant-Cork
6 Month Contract
I am seeking a Site Technical Lead Operational Technology Consultant on a 6-month contract basis based in Cork with strong client-facing communication, good negotiation skills, team player and Team Lead who has the capability to manage the site independently and direct the offshore Team.
Within this role, you would be responsible for OT inventory discovery, IT OT Assessment, IT OT Network study, Plant IT OT Network solution design & Review, Review of low-level solution design as per IEC62443, Impact analysis for network changes on OT system, testing of OT system post network changes, OT security risk assessment, and OT security technology deployment.
You will
- Report Directly to the CEO
- Build and deploy smart contracts and toolings for infra for the protocol
- Collab with the global team on all aspects of product development
- Advocate improvement / best practices
You Must Have
12-15 years of experience in Industrial Automation Platforms and OT Technologies like PLC, SCADA, Historians, and different Shop floor Applications
Experience with Industrial control system / Operational technology (PLC/SCADA/Historian / DCS/ MES/EAM)
Project Management involving site coordination.
Good understanding of ISA95 layer & its functions
Experience in OT integration using Kepserver drivers.
Kepserver Configuration and data validation.
Understanding of Aveva PI Basics
Experience with Network devices is added advantage.
Good Communication skills
Nice to Have
Certifications in PLC, SCADA , ISA95, Aveva PI.
Project Management Certification.
Experience in handling site with customer and vendor management.
