Global Beauty giant is looking for an eCommerce squad leader to head up a hybrid team based in either New York/New Jersey or San Francisco. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Tech Services and solutions for the eCommerce landscape, platformed on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, so expertise with SFCC B2C is essential. You will also be responsible for managing the Tech team, stakeholder collaboration, planning and project execution to enhance the eCommerce platform in line with business goals.
Duties and responsibilities
Project Management – Ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and budget, whilst also having oversight of planning, resource allocation and risk management.
Technical Oversight – Provide guidance and support to eCommerce team to ensure platform stability, security and scalability.
Stakeholder Communication – Act as primary point of contact, both internally and externally.
Resource and Vendor Management – Manage internal and external relationships in line with requirements and company expectations.
Customer Experience – Work with customer experience and marketing teams to ensure user experience and conversion.
A minimum of 5 years of eCommerce focused IT project management experience.
Technical and functional expertise across digital, CRM and eCommerce.
Team management experience, including hiring, performance management and training.
You will be a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and have a broad knowledge of project management methodologies, i.e. Agile, Waterfall, etc. You will also be a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
