Job description

Stott and May is currently working on a search with one of the largest digital transformation and cloud services organizations in the world, looking to add some new senior talent in their Cloud and Cybersecurity sales organizations. 

We are looking for a driven, high-energy, successful sales representative to contribute to accelerate growth in U.S. by attracting new customers and help them identify and assess the security risks of their infrastructure, platforms, devices, and processes and lead them to adopt holistic and effective cybersecurity solutions.

They need a hunter, to be focused in corporate and mid-market segments in USA (Ideally the South Florida Territory). Spanish speaking is a requirement, and other languages are a plus.

They're based in MIA and would be a hybrid role in a their downtown office.

Prepared to pay well for this role, 200-220K OTE (with lot's of opportunity to over-earn), car allowance, comprehensive benefits, 401K match, and impressive PTO policy.

Responsibilities: 
  • Build partnership relationships with international leaders, teams, and executives to facilitate/promote a strong cybersecurity culture, based on trust.
  • Build and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities with the responsibility and expectation of driving opportunities from lead to closing
  • Generate and qualify prospective leads and customers in midmarket and corporate segments
  • Follow-up on leads generated by marketing activities and events
  • Manage relationships in stages of the full sales life cycle from first contact through customer acquisition
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Accurately and continuously track all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce.com (CRM)
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to prospective customers of our services and products and provide support and guidance if critical incidents are discovered, to offer immediate response/resolution.
  • Effectively position our company as the best choice for the customer
  • Work with presales and finance team members to create and finalize contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computing, Information Security or related field or experience.
  • CISSP (ISC)2, CISM, GSLC, CCSP certifications and bodies of knowledge
  • 10+ years of industry and B2B sales experience in Cyber Security, preferably in a prospecting environment (hunting)
  • Wide professional network of Cyber Security potential clients and partners is required
  • Sales oriented professional with a go-getter personality, results-driven and self-motivated with a self-help attitude.
  • Innovative and creative throughout the sales process. A desire to find solutions to problems and meet all customer’s requirements whilst understanding the commitment to deliver all that is confirmed in a bid response.
  • Experience working with multinational & multicultural engagements promoting cybersecurity program support and adoption (NIST framework)
  • Experience in developing partner relationships with the purpose of implementing business solutions to enhance the standard offering (including vendors, Agents/Subagents, MSPs, VARs, Consultants, Integrators, Master Distributors, IT Providers is a plus)
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success meeting or exceeding quota
  • Thorough knowledge of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying, objection handling, nurturing, and closing is a must
  • Ability to understand and identify prospects' needs, and match those needs with our product and services catalog
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and social selling and Intent data tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, 6Sense or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities at the same time. Experience handling stressful/conflict situations and deadline pressures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge in manage, detection and response practices (MDR), vulnerability Risk management VRM, digital risks protection DRP and certifications including any specific for Cloud Security, Network Security and Endpoint Security. OT Security is a plus.
  • Native English. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
