Job description

Stott and May is currently working on a search with one of the largest digital transformation and cloud services organizations in the world, looking to add some new senior talent in their Cloud and Cybersecurity sales organizations. 

We are looking for a driven, high-energy, successful sales representative to contribute to accelerate growth in U.S. by attracting new customers and help them identify and assess the security risks of their infrastructure, platforms, devices, and processes and lead them to adopt holistic and effective cybersecurity solutions.

They need a hunter, to be focused in corporate and mid-market segments in USA (Ideally the South Florida Territory). Spanish speaking is a requirement, and other languages are a plus.

They're based in MIA and would be a hybrid role in a their downtown office.

Prepared to pay well for this role, 200-220K OTE (with lot's of opportunity to over-earn), car allowance, comprehensive benefits, 401K match, and impressive PTO policy.

  • The Senior Sales Specialist will also lead the strategy to leverage with partners and lead pipeline development by proliferating solutions across customers locally in US
  • The role will need to orchestrate across Enterprise B2B Sales, Partner Management, Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to ensure the partner offerings are aligned to customer requirements and to profit objectives as defined through our solutions map
  • The Senior Sales Specialist will provide feedback to the organization to develop other new markets where partner capacity and coverage is needed
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to prospective customers to sell services and products while providing support and guidance
  • Perform sales activities, prepare cost estimates for licensing, product as well as professional services (deployment, migration, implementation, outsourcing, assessments)
  • Develop solutions including service designs, statements of work, licensing and bills of materials
  • Cloud Journey, and Cloud public options
  • Build partnership relationships with international leaders, teams, and executives to provide subject matter expertise and deliver solutions through architecting Cloud migrations and server consolidation projects
  • Build and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities with the responsibility and expectation of driving opportunities from lead to closing
  • Generate and qualify prospective leads and customers in midmarket and corporate segments
  • Follow-up on leads generated by marketing activities and events
  • Manage relationships in stages of the full sales life cycle from first contact through customer acquisition
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Accurately and continuously track all sales and prospecting activities in (CRM)
  • Work with presales and finance team members to create and finalize contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results
  • Experience working with multinational & multicultural engagements
  • Experience in developing partner relationships with the purpose of implementing business solutions to enhance the standard offering (including vendors, Agents/Subagents, MSPs, VARs, Consultants, Integrators, Master Distributors, IT Providers is a plus)
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success meeting or exceeding quota
  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience or 10 years in IT industry, but most importantly we want you to have passion for selling
  • Technical sales profile with from 5 to 10 year of experience in IT, Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure or related field for large accounts in the U.S
  • MSC ITM, Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computing, Information Security or related field or experience
  • VMWARE, AWS, GCP, MS-Azure and Private Cloud/On-Prem related trainings, certifications, or bodies of knowledge
  • 5+ years of industry and B2B sales experience in IT, preferably in a prospecting environment (hunting)
  • Sales oriented professional with a go-getter personality, results-driven and self-motivated with a self-help attitude
  • Innovative and creative throughout the sales process
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like, HubSpot, and social selling and Intent data tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, 6Sense or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities at the same time
  • Experience handling stressful/conflict situations and deadline pressures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Native English
  • IT Cloud certifications and InfoSec certifications: CISSP and CCSP for Cloud
  • Experience in complex projects involving companies 50.000+ employees
  • Experience working in high tech sales/presales multinational companies
  • Knowledge of Information Security
