Security GRC Consultant_Freelance _Brussells_Dutch and English Speaking
Are you a motivated security professional looking to make a real impact?
We're seeking a Security Officer to join our dynamic IT team and strengthen our information security posture.
You will:
- Provide security advice on IT and business projects.
- Design, implement, and embed security processes (governance, risk assessment, etc.).
- Identify future security needs and co-develop our security strategy.
- Report on security status to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security guidelines.
- Promote security awareness and train staff on security policies.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in information security and IT risk management.
- Understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and access controls.
- Strong communication skills for explaining security measures.
- Relevant security certificates (CISM, CISA preferred).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO2700x, NIST, etc.).
- Experience with change management and communication.
- Knowledge of cloud security and GDPR.
