Position: Enterprise Security Architect (Contractual)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension

Compensation: Approximately $100 per hour, commensurate with experience

About the Role: We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Security Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust security strategies and systems to protect our organization's network and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture strategy to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of critical information assets.
  • Design and implement security solutions across a variety of platforms and environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing security measures, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the development lifecycle and operational processes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and trends to proactively address potential risks.


  • Strong foundational knowledge in network and infrastructure security principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level security solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of various security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about security challenges.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.


  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
  • A commitment to staying current with the latest security technologies and practices.
