This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and focuses on identifying, nurturing, and channeling top-notch sales opportunities to our expert closing team. The SDR is an integral part of advancing our revenue goals and scaling our business.
Key Duties and Functions
Spearhead campaigns aimed at securing consultations that result in actionable sales prospects for our closing experts.
Proactively identify and cultivate leads, paving the way for lucrative sales engagements.
Leverage the power of social networking platforms like LinkedIn to widen your sphere of influence, share value-based content, and captivate potential customers.
Diligently maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with updated, relevant lead data and sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills You'll Need
1-2 years of hands-on experience in inside sales activities such as prospecting or cold calling.
Proven track record in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or financial product sales is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess, coupled with a magnetic personality.
Self-motivated with exemplary time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable with spending a significant part of your day sending emails and conducting phone conversations.
A high-energy individual with a proactive, can-do mindset even when the going gets tough.
Team-oriented and naturally enjoyable to work with.
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or SalesLoft is an asset.
