SAP Organisational Change Manager (OCM)
Remote - Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced SAP Organisational Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of SAP Finance transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management activities across SAP Finance implementations.
Conduct stakeholder, impact, and business readiness assessments.
Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies.
Support Finance teams through process and organisational change.
Drive user adoption and benefits realisation before and after go-live.
Essential Experience
Proven Organisational Change Management experience within SAP programmes.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and business users.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Desirable
SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation experience.
Prosci, APMG Change Management, or similar certification.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Ideal candidate: An experienced change professional with SAP Finance expertise who can help ensure business readiness, user adoption, and successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
