Job description

As an SAP CX Operations Analyst, your responsibility would be to provide first and second line support. You will be working closely with different teams across the  business, including the wider IT function, and 3rd party technology partners. Your role will involve supporting day-to-day operational activities and the delivery of new functionality and projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP CX Solutions , where you will be able to provide first and second line support. Monitor operational performance & system integrity of the individual CX platform, whether that’s within business hours or during out of hours callouts when on call.       

You should be able to prioritise work activities and identify risks to quality or timelines. Excellent stakeholder management skills are also necessary, along with experience maintaining documentation and understanding of basic ITIL Concepts. 

Additionally, you should have the ability to perform analysis on large volumes of data, experience working with databases and writing queries, and familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and working with managed backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
