SAP OCM Change Lead
Are you an experienced SAP Change Lead with a background in manufacturing environments? Do you have a passion for guiding organizations through transformational change?
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SAP Change Lead to support and coach our customer through the Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities associated with an SAP ECC 6 rollout. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of the implementation by focusing on communications, training, and process alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support & Coaching: Provide hands-on support and coaching to the customer, ensuring they are well-prepared for the changes introduced by the SAP ECC 6 rollout.
- OCM Activities: Lead and manage OCM activities, including communication strategies, training programs, and change readiness assessments.
- Process Expertise: Work closely with the customer to understand their processes and ensure that the implementation aligns with their operational needs.
- Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure end-users are confident and competent with the new system.
- Communication: Create and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the rollout.
